EFT involves tapping on acupressure points on the energy pathways of the body called meridians while focusing on a negative emotion, physical sensation or event. We tap as we focus to release negative emotion resulting from this events in our past. The vibration of the tapping sends pulses through the meridian system and fixes the energy disruption and energy flows freely again.
